The Kitchen

Courtnay’s Kitchen was born out of Courtnay’s love of cooking for family and friends. A native North Carolinian, Courtnay grew-up in a family of cooks and entertainers where southern hospitality was (and still is) the name of the game. With a culinary degree from L’Academie de Cuisine and a Master Degree in Nutrition and Food Studies from New York University, Courtnay founded Courtnay’s Kitchen out of her house in Greenwich, Connecticut to teach her friends to cook.

Many years later, that little cooking school has moved to a professional kitchen where Courtnay and her staff focus on making the best chickens pies available with the highest quality ingredients. The kitchen also offers super healthy CLEAN WEEKS to help their clients feel and look their best. Courtnay also still teaches on occasion and hosts various special events at The Kitchen.
